My items arrived damaged due to transit. Can I get a replacement?Updated 6 days ago

If your order arrived damaged, we’re here to help. The process depends on whether you purchased Route Protection and the type of damage involved.

Route Protection

If you purchased Route Protection with your order during our Black Friday Sale and believe that the damage to your order has been caused by something related to transit, you are eligible to file a claim directly through Route Protection.

To file your claim, use the link provided in your confirmation email or submit it through the Route: Package Tracker app or their online portal.

Non-Route Protection

If you have not purchased Route Protection, we may be able to offer a replacement or store credit depending on the type of damage, subject to review.

To start the process, please contact customer service at [email protected] with your order number and photos and/or videos clearly showing the damaged item(s). We will assess the damage and determine the appropriate resolution.
