I purchased Route Protection and need to make a claim.Updated 15 days ago

If you’ve insured your order with Route at checkout, use the link provided in your confirmation email or submit it through the Route: Package Tracker app or their online portal.

To file a claim, you will need your store order number OR Route ID number and the email address that was attached to the order. Please also follow the additional steps:

  1. Click on “Resolve Issue”
  2. Click “Damaged Item”
  3. Add photographs and/or videos
  4. Add details of the claim
