What is the difference between Pre-Order and Pre-Sale?
Products available for pre-order means it is currently not in stock and will be made to order. Each production run takes approximately 3 months from the pre-order start date to arrive at our warehouses. Products available for pre-sale have been made
How long will products be available for pre-order?
Based on feedback from our community, we are trailing a pre-order period of 45 days to ensure every collector has a chance to participate.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes, cancellations are accepted within 14 days of the campaign start date, and a full refund will be issued. After that 14-day window, cancellations can only be refunded as store credit. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before placing it.
Can I make changes to my order after it's placed?

Can I shop in-stock items with my pre-order?
Unfortunately, pre-order and in-stock items CANNOT be combined in the same order as they ship at different times, which complicates fulfilment. If you'd like to purchase products currently in stock, a separate order must be placed.
