When do I need to place my order for it to arrive before Christmas?Updated 16 days ago

We recommend sending your Christmas parcels as early as possible to ensure that your gifts arrive in time for Christmas. Delays during the November - December busy period are expected due to the anticipated influx of orders. Please allow at least 1 week for order to be processed and fulfilled.

As the World Warehouse uses a network of carriers, last orders must be made as early as December 5th to ensure delivery by Christmas.

For order via the Australian Warehouse using Australia Post, please find cut off dates here.

For Domestic Orders 

Get your orders in before December 10 to allow time for fulfilments and transit over the holiday period. Delivery times will vary based on the destination - Northern Territory, Tasmania and Western Australia have longer transit times.

For orders using Express Post, the cut off date is December 15th.

International Orders 

Cut of dates for International orders differ greatly based on destination. 

•  For the UK and Major European Destinations the cut off date is December 5th.
•  Due to the current tariff situation, ULTBIAS has suspended shipping to the USA. 
• Orders to Canada must be made prior to December 5th. Please note: Express parcel services are currently suspended for Canada
• For destinations in Asia and the rest of the world, last orders must be made as early as November 28th.
